A Salt & Wood Winter Yoga Retreat

This Winter, join Phoebe and Kat for Salt & Wood’s very first weekend retreat at the beautiful Atlas Retreat in Shoreham on the Mornington Peninsula.


Set amongst nature and just moments from the rugged Shoreham coastline, this retreat is designed as a space to pause, restore and reconnect — with yourself, with nature and with a small group of like-minded souls. You’ll enjoy a luxurious and peaceful setting complete with a warming magnesium spa, a beautiful pool, and tranquil surroundings that invite you to truly unwind.

 

Your retreat experience includes boutique accommodation, delicious nourishing meals, an indulgent wellness experience and time to explore the natural beauty of the area with gentle walks.

 

Throughout the weekend, Phoebe and Kat will guide you through nourishing yoga sessions in a stunning yoga studio, with classes designed to balance your body, calm your mind and leave you feeling deeply restored.

 

All levels of experience are warmly welcomed — whether you’ve been practising for years or are just beginning your yoga journey. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, recharged and deeply nourished.

 

Places are limited to just 10 guests to keep the experience intimate and personal.

The Location

Tucked amongst trees and just moments from the wild beauty of the Shoreham coastline, Atlas Retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary designed for rest and renewal.


The retreat features:

• Beautiful natural surroundings

• Quiet spaces to relax and unwind


It’s the perfect setting to pause and reset during the winter season.

Retreat Schedule

Friday

From 3.30pm – Arrival
Arrive anytime from 3.30pm. Settle into your room, explore your beautiful surroundings and begin to unwind as you ease into retreat life.
 

5pm – Welcome Circle & Gentle Practice
We’ll gather together to pause, connect and set intentions for the weekend ahead. This will
be followed by gentle movement and relaxation to help you fully arrive and settle into the space.
 

7pm – Dinner & Sunset

Enjoy a delicious shared dinner while watching the sunset and taking in the stunning coastal
views.

Saturday

7am – Silent Guided Beach Walk
Begin the day with a quiet, mindful walk along the coastline.


8am – Morning Yoga & Meditation
A gentle meditation session followed by an energising yoga practice to awaken the body and
calm the mind.


9:30am – Breakfast


11am – Free Time

Relax by the pool or magnesium spa, explore the coastline, read, rest, rug up by the fire or
simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This is your time.


1pm – Lunch


3pm – Asana Lab with Phoebe
A playful and supportive workshop exploring yoga postures, alignment and movement.


6pm – Candlelit Yin & Sound
A deeply nourishing yin practice accompanied by sound, designed to calm the nervous
system and encourage deep relaxation.


7:30pm – Dinner

Sunday

8am – Morning Yoga & Meditation
Our final energising practice together to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.


9:30am – Breakfast


Late Morning – Free Time
Depending on the weather, enjoy time to relax at the retreat or explore more of the
beautiful surrounding area.


1pm – Lunch


2pm – Closing Circle
A gentle gathering to reflect on the weekend and close our retreat together.

2:30–3.30pm – Slow Departure
Enjoy a relaxed late checkout. Revisit a favourite spot, take one last spa or soak up the
peaceful atmosphere before heading home.


3.30pm – Retreat Concludes

  • Optional Asana Lab workshop

  • Guided nature walks

  • Private 30-minute Wellness Treatment – this includes a foot spa and hand massage.

  • Welcome gift

  • Free time to relax and enjoy full use of the retreat facilities

  • Option to book to a 60-minute massage for an additional $100 — must be booked prior to the retreat

Remaining balance ($745) is due 14 June.
