Salt & Wood endeavors to deliver all of our classes on time, and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Timetables and teachers are subject to change without notice.
Please ensure you have been checked in before entering classes with Salt & Wood Co teachers.

BOOKINGS
Membership purchases, class and treatment bookings are to be made via Momence.
By booking a class or event, you agree to Salt & Wood Co terms and conditions.
PRICING
All purchases are final. Salt & Wood Co does not offer refunds for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices, products, and offers include GST.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in the cost of operation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sale items are only available at a lower price during the sale period.
Momence and/or Stripe may charge processing fees to your card or direct debit plan as follows:
2.75% + A$0.30 online card payments for when you pay on credit card for your membership.
2% + A$0.30 for BECS (direct debit) Direct debit is if you nominate your bank account for the funds to be withdrawn from your account.
PAYMENT
The terms and conditions of Salt & Wood Co third-party biller Stripe can be found on stripe.
Salt & Wood Co is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements between yourself and your bank.
MAT BUNDLES
Mat Bundles are a pre purchased package of 5, 10 or 15 classes which can be used during a 3 month period.
If any classes on this bundle are not used they will expire after the 3 months.
Classes are not transferrable and must be used by the individual who purchased and created the account in Momence.
Classes available on this bundle will appear as ‘free’ in Momence.
The classes you can book are; Pilates, yoga and signature inner strength, a total of 5, 10 or 15 classes. It does not include small group classes, workshops, treatments, monthly new member events or guest passes.
MAT CLASS BUNDLES
No refunds or change of mind are allowed.
Mat CLASS Bundle is a pre purchased package of 5 or 10 classes which can be used during the period allocated upon purcahse. If any classes on this bundle are not used they will expire on the date listed. Classes are not transferrable and must be used by the individual who purchased and created the account in Momence. Classes available on this bundle will appear as ‘free’ in Momence. The classes you can book are; Pilates, yoga and strength, a total of 15 classes. It does not include small group classes, workshops, treatments, monthly new member events or guest passes.
MEMBERSHIPS AGREEMENTS
No change of mind is allowed. Membership pauses due to injury or illness require 1 months notice. Requests to pause memberships can be made in writing via emailing thestudio@saltandwoodco.com.au
You may pause the membership at any time if in the event of illness or injury and it is at the discretion of Salt & Wood Co to honor this request.
Memberships cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will be denied entry and have their membership cancelled.
Salt & Wood Co is not responsible if members cannot use Salt & Woods services or facilities because of an event caused by a natural force such as COVID-19 restrictions, extreme weather, or something similar beyond our reasonable control. Salt & Wood Co reserves the right to cancel memberships for any reason.
Membership pauses are available for all other reasons for between 4 and 12 weeks. The length of pause will be added to the membership length. Please provide ample notice via emailing Salt & Wood.
For 12 or 6 month minimum all inclusive membership:
Membership is paid weekly in advance. An upfront payment will be taken upon purchase and the next payment will be taken 7 days following.
Memberships will continue to renew after the minimum term is completed until canceled by Salt & Wood Co.
If your credit card details expire, these must be updated in your personal account in Momence. Stripe or Momence fee’s may apply.
6 AND 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS
A membership cancellation charge is payable if you choose to cancel your membership for any reason other than injury or illness, before the end of the minimum term. It is an amount equal to 50% of the balance of your membership fees for the remainder of the minimum term.
All cancellation requests can be sent to thestudio@saltandwoodco.com.au and one months notice applies.
All account debts must be settled before the membership cancellation can be finalised.
ROLLING MEMBERSHIPS
Rolling memberships can be cancelled by emailing thestudio@saltandwoodco.com.au with 2 months notice.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover your weekly membership payment. If a payment is declined for any reason, Momence / Shopify / Salt & Wood Co will attempt to re-submit your payment every day for three days. If your payment fails for four consecutive days, Salt & Wood Co will contact you to discuss.
Foundation Memberships special condition; foundation members will be sent an email one month prior to term end, reviewing the offering cost.
For upfront memberships:
Upfront memberships' are fixed-term contracts and auto-renew. There are no refunds or transfers available. Upfront memberships are charged and commence on the day of purchase. There is no change of mind or refunds available.
SALE % OFF UP FRONT MEMBERSHIPS
This particular membership activates on your first visit, so you can buy now and start later (within 3 months).

WAITLIST
You may be automatically added to a class from the waitlist a maximum of 5 hours before the class start time.
When successfully added to a class, you will receive an email or text message confirming you are booked into the class. You are responsible for canceling should you no longer wish to attend.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If you can no longer attend a class, please consider fellow students and cancel your booking as soon as possible. We understand that life may come up, so cancellations made up to 8 hours before the class start time are fine, but less than 8 hours is not acceptable.
Booking cancellations must be made via Momence. We can’t accept phone, email, or social media cancellations.
Please ensure you cancel any class you cannot attend to allow for your fellow members to enjoy classes. If no shows have occurred more than twice, we’ll need to have a friendly discussion, and if no shows continue to occur we can suspend or cancel your membership or incur cancellation fees.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are a for membership purchases only on Momence via Salt & Wood Co and must be assigned to an individual within one month of purchase.
MASSAGE THERAPY, OSTEOPATH, FACIALS, REMEDIAL MASSAGE AND ALL OTHER THERAPY MODALITIES
Acceptance of the relevant clinicians Terms and Conditions must be agreed to before treatment occurs, either via Momence booking system, or in person by signing the waiver on paper as follows:

The (“Client”) hereby freely consents to receipt of services from Massage Wellbeing:
Client agrees as follows:
The client understands that Massage Wellbeing does not diagnose disease, illness, or prescribe any treatment or drugs, nor do they provide spinal manipulation. I understand that draping will be used at all times and that breast massage will not be administered on female clients. I understand that if I become uncomfortable for any reason that I may ask the Therapist to end the massage session, and they will end the session. I understand that the massage Therapist may end the session for any inappropriate behavior. I have stated all of the conditions that I am aware of, and this information is true and accurate. I will inform the health care provider of any changes in my status.
Client understands and agrees that they will provide Massage Wellbeing with complete and accurate health information and a written referral from Client’s primary healthcare provider if Client is currently receiving care or has a specific medical condition or symptoms for which Client takes medication or receives periodic evaluations or treatment. Client understands that massage or oxygen therapy is designed to be an ancillary health aid and is not suitable for primary medical treatment for any condition.
Client and Therapist have discussed the potential benefits and possible side effects of massage therapy and have agreed upon a course of focused attention and manually therapy for the predetermined goals of stress reduction, relief of muscular discomfort, and/or promotion of general health. Client has been given an opportunity to ask questions of the Therapist and has received all requested information.
Client understands that the unclothed body will be draped at all times for warmth, sense of security, and as a mark of massage therapy professionalism. Client agrees to immediately inform the Therapist of any unusual sensation or discomfort so that the application of pressure may be adjusted to Client’s level of comfort. Client understands that massage therapy is not sexual in any manner and that any illicit or suggestive remarks or behavior on the client’s part, will result in an immediate termination of the therapy session. Client understands that payment will be expected in full; regardless if the massage is completed or not.
Client hereby assumes fully responsibility for receipt of the massage therapy, and releases and discharges Therapist from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from the therapy received here-under, including, without limitation, any damages arising from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Therapist, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Client, in agreeing this consent for Therapy and Waiver of Liability (“Consent”), understands and agrees that this Consent will apply to and govern the current and all future therapy sessions performed by Therapist.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Salt & Wood Co is committed to a safe and supportive studio environment.
By booking a class, you agree that you are physically fit and capable of participating in yoga and pilates classes, workshops, and activities.
Practising movement or wellness has certain risks and requires physical exertion that may cause physical injury or death.
You must inform staff of any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may impact your exercise ability, including pregnancy.
Salt & Wood Co maintains the right to refuse your participation in classes and events if they foresee that participation would risk damage to any party.
Failure to follow all instructions given to you by Salt & Wood Co teachers or clinicians will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
Salt & Wood Co company and its directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and partners are in no way liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from attending our studio.
Salt & Wood Co teachers may offer hands-on adjustments only with your consent via the card placed under your mat. You always have the right to decline physical touch non-verbally or by any other means.

Rolling Wellness Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Type: Wellness Membership – $58 per week (rolling contract)
1. Membership Overview
This Wellness Membership includes unlimited access to all regular classes and wellness offerings at Salt & Wood.
The membership is billed at $58 per week, automatically deducted via the nominated payment method.
If purchased on a sale at $48 per week, this price will be $48 for 24 months and then automatically increase to $58 after 104 renewals.
This is a rolling contract that continues week to week until cancelled by the member via emailing thestudio@saltandwoodco.com.au.
2. Billing & Payments
Membership fees are billed weekly in advance.
Payments will be debited on the same day each week as the original sign-up date.
If a payment fails, Stripe will try three times, and you will be notified and given an opportunity to rectify it. Missed payments may result in suspension of access.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel at any time with 60 days’ written notice via email o
No cancellation fees apply.
If notice is given mid-week, one final payment may be processed to cover the final 7 days.
4. Pausing Membership
You may pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks per calendar year.
Pauses must be requested at least 7 days in advance and confirmed in writing.
5. Member Responsibilities
Members must adhere to studio etiquette and safety guidelines at all times.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Any changes to personal or payment details must be communicated promptly.
6. Studio Rights
Salt & Wood reserves the right to amend class schedules, instructors, or facilities when necessary.
We may update these terms occasionally and will notify members of any significant changes.

7. Treatments and Personal Training
-Personal reviews or spa treatments are available one every 6 months, and this means one treatment every 3 months. Treatment length is at the discretion of Salt & Wood and is generally 45 minutes. Treatments missed do not roll over, and treatments are available for the named person on the membership and cannot be transferred. Treatments can change at any point in time at the discretion of Salt & Wood.
8. Bring a guest to our monthly workshop. Please email thestudio@saltandwoodco.com.au the name, email and phone number of the guest you’d like to bring and we’ll book them in as a complimentary pass!

Guest passes are available for each 1 month for 1 different guests to attend one mat class each.
Guests must be new members to the studio.
One guest can be added to a class, one per month.
Guests can be booked using the ‘refer a friend’ link in Momence, entering their email details, and then booking into the same class accordingly.
