This is Yin as both personal and professional development, a path for yoga teachers, dedicated practitioners, and massage/shiatsu practitioners who want to go deeper.

Meridians, organs, emotions, 5-elements and their connections to Yin Yoga

Safe modifications, variations for different bodies, and purposeful sequencing
